Service lines vs. installationsMariposa serves homeowners, residential developers, farmers, and commercial property builders and needed to address their unique needs.
While the services often overlap, the motivations for choosing Mariposa change. We built the site to cover each of the customers' needs across the services they offer, so they don't have to sift through paragraphs of information to find what's relevant to them. |
Customer ProjectsTo showcase the work they're doing and highlight different keywords, we created customer project pages.
On these pages, they can outline which service categories the project falls within and show photos and a description of the work. For new customers, it helps them assess if Mariposa is the right team for their needs. For Google, it helps them appear in search results based on the locations they've worked in, builder's they've worked for, |
24/7 SupportAfter the website launched, M&C called us to add a landing page for snowplows.
Because we had already considered this addition when we built the site, it was already a part of the customer flow. Instead of immediately linking off to a manufacturer's website, customers could browse more product lines on the M&C site through the snowplow page first. The option to add an online store still exists and could be easily done. |
ContactOur primary goal is to use the website to drive customers to work with our clients in their preferred method. For M&C, that took two shapes.
M&C didn't want customers to show up at their shop with equipment without an appointment. Throughout the website, we invited customers to book an appointment and clearly stated what kind of services they provide. However, we also wanted to make it easy for customers to shop their product lines. For those customers, we outlined how to easily find their showroom with calls to action leading to a linked Google map, store hours, and address throughout the site. |
