M&C requested that we include the weather forecast on the site, in a prominent place, to remind customers to buy equipment and parts or book a service appointment before the snow arrives. |
ManufacturersLike many dealerships, M&C has flagship manufacturer's that needed highlighting on the website.
We built a section for each manufacturer to showcase their products and use cases, making it easy for customers to understand what they offer. At launch, each section included a link to shop the manufacturer's catalogue, but we left M&C an opportunity to build out linked internal pages that display their in-house inventory. With our handover training, M&C can build and update these pages themselves, or send us an email to do it for them. |
Landing PageAfter the website launched, M&C called us to add a landing page for snowplows.
Because we had already considered this addition when we built the site, it was already a part of the customer flow. Instead of immediately linking off to a manufacturer's website, customers could browse more product lines on the M&C site through the snowplow page first. The option to add an online store still exists and could be easily done. |
ContactOur primary goal is to use the website to drive customers to work with our clients in their preferred method. For M&C, that took two shapes.
M&C didn't want customers to show up at their shop with equipment without an appointment. Throughout the website, we invited customers to book an appointment and clearly stated what kind of services they provide. However, we also wanted to make it easy for customers to shop their product lines. For those customers, we outlined how to easily find their showroom with calls to action leading to a linked Google map, store hours, and address throughout the site. |
